Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate, dynamic and hardworking individual who enjoys leading, and supporting the learning and development function in a large conference and convention hotel.
This position requires hands-on leadership skills with strong people management, communications and superior organizational skills in order to drive the successful deployment of learning and development activities to successfully position the hotel. The hotel will feature 302 luxury rooms and suites, four world class F&B venues and the largest conference and convention facilities in the city.
The Learning Manager will be responsible for the total learning and development function, ensuring the creation, deployment and evaluation of effective training to help support the hotels business objectives.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel and display strong traits in the following areas:
- A proven track record in luxury operations as learning manager with at least 2 years of experience
- An instinctive eye for detail and a very keen passion for customer service
- An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A sound pre-opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous
- Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must
